Kustoff Launches District Wide Get Out The Vote Tour

Tour will stop in Alamo, Brownsville, Camden, Dyersburg, Germantown, Huntingdon, Jackson, Martin, Milan, Munford, Paris, Ripley, Somerville, Tiptonville, and Union City

GERMANTOWN, TN – The 8th Congressional District Republican nominee, David Kustoff, announced today he will be once again traveling across all 15 counties for a Get Out The Vote Tour, beginning Friday, November 4th. The tour will conclude with an event with Congressman Fincher in Germantown on Saturday, November 5th.

“I’m looking forward to visiting all 15 counties in the 8th Congressional District this week,” Kustoff said. “As I continue to travel this district, it’s important to me that I listen to folks, discuss the concerns they have, answer their questions, and talk with them about the conservative values we share. My goal is to make sure we keep West Tennessee safe, secure, and prosperous.

“I also look forward to reminding them to vote a straight Republican ticket on November 8th. We must make sure we keep control of the Senate and House, as well as put an end to the radical Obama-Clinton agenda.”

The tour begins Friday, November 4th in Tipton County and ends November 5th in Shelby County. The following are the details of his district-wide tour:

David Kustoff’s roots run deep in West Tennessee. He was born and raised in Shelby County and is a graduate of the University of Memphis.

Appointed U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee by President Bush in 2006, Kustoff set his sights on cleaning up government and public corruption and fighting violent crime and drugs. He oversaw the majority of the Tennessee Waltz trials that sent Senator John Ford and 12 other defendants to federal prison.
David and his wife of 14 years, Roberta, have two children Maggie and Jake.
