Governor Mike Huckabee Campaigns for Kustoff Congressional Bid

GERMANTOWN, TN – Governor Mike Huckabee will be touring the 8th Congressional District with David Kustoff to meet and talk with voters.

“I know what it’s like to fight the establishment and take on corrupt politicians,” said Governor Huckabee. “And I know what it’s like to stand on principle while those around you run. That’s why I’m supporting and campaigning for David. He’s pro-life, pro-gun and pro-family.”

David Kustoff’s roots run deep in West Tennessee. He was born and raised in Shelby County and is a graduate of the University of Memphis.
 
Appointed U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee by President Bush in 2006, Kustoff set his sights on cleaning up government and public corruption and fighting violent crime and drugs. He oversaw the majority of the Tennessee Waltz trials that sent Senator John Ford and 12 other defendants to federal prison. 

David and his wife of 14 years, Roberta, have two children Maggie and Jake.
